Cheese Monger
"A Butcher For Cheese"
We offer 50 different cheeses cut to size. We will have cheeses that are seasonal and some that are staples but we have to get to know the communities wants over time to better understand what that will look like. At the bottom of this page you can fill out recommendations of what cheeses you hope to see in our shop.
Cheese Classes
Since we started this journey we have been doing cheese tasting classes in homes and at local wineries, breweries, restaurants and coffee shops. Cheese class 101 is is a great way to try different cheeses and do simple pairings along the way. We will show what classes you can sign up for in our Monthly newsletter, starting January 2024.
Culture at a Glance
Culture is not just the process in which cheese is made, it also defines and connects traditions passed down from generation to generation. My hope for this shop is to bring people together, to try something new and bring back memories of something old. Not everyone can travel the world, so I want to bring parts of the world to them. I want this shop to not only connect you to people but also to the cultures that make us who we are today.
